At the April 27, 2022 Chapter Board meeting, the motion to incorporate as a nonpofit with the State of North Carolina was approved.  The Secretary of State's approval letter of incorporation was dated August 24, 2022. To view that document, click on this link: NC incorporation notification

On December 29, 2024 the Chapter Board approved applying to the IRS for 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation.  The IRS issued the letter on April 23, 3035, effective March 17, 2025. Click here to view the designation letter.
